Refund policy

Standard Return Policy
We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you would like to return an item for a refund, please contact us at lukenandcompany@gmail.com within 14 business days of delivery to start your return. ​Items must be in new, unworn/unused condition with all tags in tact and shipped back within 5 business days after receiving your return instructions. Items should be packed carefully in the same manner they are shipped to prevent damage. Items with tags removed or that shown signs of wear do not quality for a return. Returns sent without contacting customer service for a proper return will not be accepted. All SALE items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

We apologize that the original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels. Successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used. Please allow 3/5 business days from the date the return is delivered back to us for processing. Once processed, your refund will post to your account in 3-7 days.

Sale Items
Final sale and flash sale items do not qualify for returns or exchange. Please make your selections are made carefully and review all product information before completing your purchase.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unused item within the allotted time and purchase a new item using our website.

Price Adjustments
We cannot make price adjustments on previous purchases.

Damaged Items
If your item was damaged during shipment, please send a picture of your item along with your order number to customer care at lukenandcompany@gmail.com.

Defective Items
